This beach is located in North Jakarta.

Ancol Beach is the most well-known beach and the closest one to the city center since you don’t have to cross the sea by boat to get into this place.

Ancol Beach is inside the main complex of Taman Impian Jaya Ancol (Ancol Dreamland).

It is divided into six different beaches; Pantai Karnaval Ancol, Pantai Festival Ancol, Pantai Ria Ancol, Pantai Indah Ancol, Pantai Beach Pool or Ancol Lagoon, and Pantai Marina Ancol.

Ancol Beach City is a new Lifestyle & Entertainment Center in Ancol, Jakarta.

Built by PT. Wahana Agung Indonesia, a subsidiary of PT. Global Land Development Tbk (now MNC Land). There will be a Madam Tussauds Wax Museum, Mata Elang International Stadium Concert Hall with a maximum capacity of 22,000 people, 77 culinary centers, 42 shops, and any other facilities to come.

Entry requirements
During the transitional period of large-scale social restrictions (PSBB), Ancol management only allowed residents with DKI Jakarta identity cards to purchase tickets and make travel reservations to Ancol. The management of Ancol beach will carry out identity checks at the entrance to ensure visitors are domiciled in Jakarta.

Visitor age limit
Visitors who are allowed to enter are over 9 years old, and not over 60 years old. In addition, pregnant women are also not allowed to enter the Ancol tourist area.

Access and opening hours
During the transition period, management made adjustments to operational activities at TIJA. One of them is the adjustment of the opening of the Ancol gate.
On weekdays, visitors can go through the east gate and busway.
Meanwhile, on weekends, you can go through the west, east, and busway gates.

The Ancol gate operates from 6 am until 6 pm.
Especially for Ancol beach, it operates from 6 am until 8 pm

Bring your own cutlery
Every visitor to Ancol Taman Impian is encouraged to bring their own eating and drinking utensils. Visitors are also required to wear masks at all times, except when eating.

How to buy and price for Ancol tickets
Ancol visitors can make online ticket reservations through the official Ancol page by paying a fee for the Ancol gate of IDR 25,000 per person on weekdays and weekends.
Motorcycle visitors are charged IDR 15,000 and IDR 25,000 for cars. Entrance to Ancol beach does not need to pay an entrance ticket.
