Pari Temple, One of the Relics of the Past Kingdom

Holiday Ayo - Pari Temple is one of the evidence of the relics of the past kingdoms in Sidoarjo. According to research, this temple is a relic of the Majapahit Kingdom.

This temple stands alone, unlike the Borobudur or Prambanan temples in groups.

Even so, its beauty cannot be doubted either. Visitors to this day are still visiting this historic tourist attraction. Especially when it's a holiday, tourists will be busy thronging this heritage building of the past.
Pari Temple is located in the middle of a densely populated neighborhood. Even so, the temple still stands proudly without being disturbed by the crowds of this densely populated environment. In fact, its existence seems to be a historic cultural park that holds its own beauty. Especially the structure of the building and the surrounding gardens.

In addition to the uniqueness of the building, the temple also offers the beauty of a beautiful garden and green grass. The trees also decorate several points neatly, so that it looks shady. Moreover, around the temple, there are shady trees belonging to the residents which also make the atmosphere beautiful.

Like the Brahu Temple in Mojokerto, this temple consists of a single temple. Which has a volume shape, not slim like the temples in East Java in general. Although a Hindu temple, this temple also does not really highlight the typical Hindu architecture.

Pari Temple architecture consists of the roof of the temple, the temple booth, the body of the temple, and the foot of the temple. The whole is made of bricks, but some parts are made of andesite. The foot of the temple itself consists of two parts, where the first part is square. Not only the legs, but the body of the temple is also square.

The foot of the next temple is also square with a size of 10 x 10 meters and a height of 1.95 meters. On one side there is a staircase going up to the booth. There are two entrances to the booth, with a north-south and south-north direction. The room size is quite spacious, which is 6 x 6 meters.

The roof of the temple is square with a size of 7.8 x 7.8 meters and a height of 4.05 meters. Unfortunately, part of the roof of the temple has collapsed so that it looks no longer symmetrical. The walls of the temple look aesthetically pleasing with the decoration of the pajal towers, although they are not complete. Even so, the whole time still looks majestic and dashing.

Wherever the location is very appropriate to be the object of the photo. The visitor's favorite is taking pictures on the road in front of the temple door. From here, visitors will get a view of the entire temple area. When the angle of the photo is taken slightly below, the visitor will look taller. Plus the object of Pari Temple looks taller too.

This temple does not provide a man-made contemporary photo spot. Even so, the temple buildings and garden conditions are beautiful enough to be immortalized. The existence of residential areas in the vicinity also does not interfere with the view when taking pictures.
