This loaf which is about 50cm long has a deep philosophy. Crocodile bread has a meaning as an expression of the loyalty of a married couple to live and die, sailing the household ark until the end of their lives.

The history of crocodile bread is inspired by the behavior of crocodiles, which mate only once in their lifetime. Crocodiles will not look for another partner when their partner dies or disappears. Not only loyal, this wild animal is also symbolized as a sacred animal because of its patience and calm in searching for prey.
