1. Lavash

Lavash is a traditional Armenian dish of flatbread. The way to make it is quite easy, namely the dough consisting of wheat flour and water is rolled into a thin layer and then stretched. Then it is baked by attaching it to the oven wall made of clay for less than one minute.

2. Lahmacun

3. Dolma
