Holiday Ayo - The Indonesian Real Estate Association revealed a number of large developers who will contribute to building projects in the State Capital area, Sepaku District, North Penajam Paser Regency, East Kalimantan.

Deputy General Chair of Real Estate Indonesia, Hari Gani, said that his party had several times received invitations from the government, including President Jokowi and the Minister of National Development Planning/Bappenas to formulate an agenda for the development of the property sector in the State Capital.

"In fact, today it happened that at 10.30 AM there was a Real Estate Company meeting with Bappenas, we were invited. Those who attended would be the general chairman of REI and bring 10 big developers who have the capacity to build State Capital," said Hari, September 20, 2022.

From the 10 developers, Hari has just revealed 8 of them, namely PT Ciputra Development, PT Summarecon Agung, Agung Podomoro Land, Agung Sedayu Group, Sinar Mas Land, Jababeka, Lippo to Metropolitan Land.

Hari ensured that his party was ready to commit to taking part in building Capital State. However, from the perspective of investors, the government still needs to convince the market by building major infrastructure.

Furthermore, according to him, the right order in this development is the efforts and seriousness of the government. Hari had a chance to talk to a property consultant from the United States, in his conversation, the consultant also said the same thing.

Foreign investors will attend if they see that private developers in the capital city have massively started construction. However, before that, private developers need to be convinced by the government.

It is also certain that private developers will see the construction of the main infrastructure and government complexes that have materialized in a few hundred hectares. If phase 1 looks certain, domestic and foreign private developers will immediately accelerate.

"We are asked to build everything from housing, city facilities such as offices, shopping centers, hotels, as needed later there," said Hari.
