iPhone 17 features a larger and brighter 6.3-inch Super Retina XDR display, complete with adaptive ProMotion up to 120Hz.

Navigation and gaming are now much smoother, while Ceramic Shield 2 protection is 3x more scratch-resistant, so users don't have to worry about minor scratches.

While significant improvements, the introduction of features like ProMotion in the standard model feels somewhat late, considering similar technology has long been present in Android flagships.

Apple seems more focused on catching up than introducing new innovations.

The camera is the main attraction. 48MP resolution now applies to all rear cameras, including the Ultra Wide, bringing professional photography capabilities to the non-Pro segment.

The 18MP front camera with Center Stage is also a highlight, as it can keep faces centered during video calls or group selfies, making it a practical solution for content creators.

Powered by the 3nm-based A19 chip, the iPhone 17's performance has significantly improved: the CPU is 1.5x faster than the A15 and the GPU is 2x more powerful, with power efficiency that allows for up to 30 hours of battery life.

However, the absence of the A19 Pro chip in this model underscores Apple's strategy to maintain a performance gap with the Pro series.
