The support program provided is certainly in line with the policy direction of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs which wants to strengthen Jakarta's role as a showcase center for SME products in Jakarta and originating from all over Indonesia.

Through the Creative Business Solution program, Creative Hub Ninja Xpress Jakarta has received goods from more than 1,200 SMEs or shippers with a total of more than 13,000 products that have been photographed.

Most of these products come from three categories, namely, fashion, food, as well as health and beauty.

SMEs who join the Creative Hub ecosystem not only benefit in terms of product marketing, but through other programs provided by Ninja Xpress, SME players also get lucrative benefits.

This benefit can be obtained easily and free of charge by SMEs by exchanging reward points that they get from their activities.

“What do you get for point rewards? The biggest one yesterday was able to get Umrah, for example, you could also get a cellphone. Basically, their points can be exchanged according to the prizes," said Ribka Pratiwi as Head of Public Relations for Ninja Xpress.

From the data provided by Ninja Xpress, there are 68 registered SMEs or shippers who have already redeemed their points. Based on this data, the most reward points are exchanged in the form of e-wallets, discount vouchers, home living, electronics, gadgets, electronics, and accessories.
