5 Authorized Distributors Selling Electronic Seals

Holiday Ayo - The Republic of Indonesia Money Printing Corporation (Peruri) has appointed five registered official distributors to issue electronic stamps (e-sealers). This is in line with the government's policy of issuing e-stamps as a form of convenience in paying taxes on documents.
The reason is, currently the use of electronic document transactions is popular with the public. However, electronic seals or abbreviated e-seals cannot be obtained just like that.
As cited from money.kompas.com, Peruri's Head of Corporate Secretary Adi Sunardi said, the public must obtain electronic stamps through official distributors registered with Peruri as an agency appointed by the government to make electronic stamps.
This is in accordance with Government Regulation Number 86 of 2021 concerning Procurement, Management and Sale of Stamps.
"Keep in mind that the five distributors provide electronic stamps with a secure system so that the choice of purchasing channels will make it easier for people who want to buy electronic stamps," he said, Wednesday (11/16).
The following is a list of official electronic seal distributors:

There are procedures for purchasing and affixing electronic stamps, as follows:
1. Go to the website of the five official distributors described above.
2. Press the “register” button and select “personal” for individual purchases, or “enterprise” for purchases made by companies or “wholesale” to become a retailer. For enterprise and wholesale options, please contact the Distributor via the helpdesk channel for further registration processes;
3. Complete the contents of the document according to the instructions correctly;
4. Check the inbox on the e-mail and click the account activation button. If the process is successful, a "verification successful" notification will appear;
5. Login again via the electronic stamp distributor link and press the "purchase" option;
6. Select the number of electronic stamps to be purchased and the desired payment method;
7. Finish? payment?according? ?Your preference.?Payment? can be done using a digital wallet, QRIS and others;
8. After the payment process is successful, a "payment successful" notification will appear.
9. Press the "addition" button on the dashboard page;
10. Click on the file type to be affixed with an electronic seal with a maximum file capacity of 10 megabytes;
11. Upload the file that you want to affix the electronic stamp;
12. Drag-n-drop the electronic seal image to the desired position;
13. On the first application, the user will be asked to set a PIN containing a 6-digit number, where the PIN will be used for the next application;
14. Documents that have been successfully affixed with electronic stamps will automatically be sent to e-mail.
