Holiday Ayo - Cited from kompas.com, Ujung Kulon National park in Banten Province of Indonesia has a number of tourist destinations you can visit within its area. When you come to this park, you will find such beautiful nature consisting of islands, caves, and hills.

Ujung Kulon National Park is at the westernmost tip of Java and includes the island group of Krakatoa in Lampung and other islands and smaller offshore islets. Here are some places you can visit when you come to this park.

1. Peucang Island

It is probably the most popular tourist destination in this national park. Some visitors even call it a “Dream Island”. The island has wonderful underwater scenery, with various sea lives and a chain of corals that you can see by diving or snorkeling. You can also play with deer and crab-eating macaques in its forest. The island also has accommodations for tourists who want to stay the night.

2. Cidaon Farming Land

At this place, you can see the animals that live on the farming land from the viewing posts, like bulls peacocks and jungle fowls. You may even watch some bull attractions. The view of the sunset from this place is also quite incredible.

3. Cibunar Farming Land

From Cidaon, you can go to Cibunar. On your way, you will see various species of birds and plants. On this farming land, you also get to observe the animals that live here, like bulls.

4. Sanghyang Sirah Cave

If you love historical places, then this one may be for you. This cave is believed to be part of the life story of Raden Kiansantang, the son of Prabu Siliwangi, one of the kings of the Pajajaran Kingdom.

5. Handeuleum Islands

These islands consist of three islands, which are Big Handeleum, Middle Handeleum, and Small Handeleum. These three islands have a different ecosystem. One of them is the mangrove forest which is home to several birds and reptiles. There are also several rivers you can explore, like the Cigenter River. Some tourists come here to canoe along this river and enjoy the natural scenery.

6. Panaitan Island

This island is known for its beautiful underwater scenery. It is a nice place for surfing and diving. There is one particular spot called One Palm Point that is a favorite surfing spot for surfers because of how high the waves are in this area.

7. Cibiuk Water Spring

If you just want to relax and bathe, you can visit this water spring. Many people believe that the water from this spring can heal various skin diseases.

8. Cikacang Waterfall

This waterfall is quite popular as an area where the silvery gibbons live. Because of that, this area is often used for scientific study, research, and development. There are various birds, primates, and plants that live here.
