Thai Artist Tangmo Nida, Died Floating in the River

Holiday Ayo - Thai artist Nida Patcharaveerapong was found dead floating on the Chao Phraya River on Saturday (26/2) afternoon local time. He died when he was 37 years old.
The woman who is familiarly called Tangmo Nida was finally found after having disappeared for several days after using a speedboat.
Seconds before he died, Tangmo Nida was still riding a speedboat with five of his friends, including his manager at the time. In fact, Nida Patcharaveerapong had time to make a post on Instagram shortly before he fell on Thursday. Nida seems to upload a photo of herself enjoying the sandy beach in Phuket.
The rescue team looked for traces of Tangmo Nida's disappearance by following the river. After two days of searching, Nida's sister finally found her sister's body.
Nida's body was found about a kilometer from where she fell, near the Rama VII Bridge in Nonthaburi Province, northwest of Bangkok.
Police suspect Nida died from falling from a speedboat after sailing along the river on Thursday night. It is known that Nida was not wearing a life jacket when sailing on the river.
Tangmo's manager said Nida was staring at the river at the back of the boat when the accident happened. Boat trips are just for sightseeing among friends.
"Tangmo didn't want to wear a life jacket because he wanted to pose for photos on the boat," said Tangmo's manager.
But Tangmo's mother, Panida Sirayuttayothi, did not believe her daughter's death was caused by falling from a speedboat. He wanted to know who arranged the photo shoot his daughter was supposed to do.
Because he admitted, it was hard to believe that six people, including his daughter and manager, were on the same boat just to eat. In fact, in the last photo, he saw his son dressed up.
Mrs. Panida suspected that the people on the ship might have had a fight. He assumed that after seeing one of his daughter's released photos showing her looking unhappy as she sat alone in the back of a speedboat.
The Chao Phraya River was originally named “Mae Nam” where Mae in Thai means mother, while Nam means water. The name Chao Phraya River itself is taken from the word Chao Pi'a, which indicates that this river was the main river during the Kingdom of Siam.
