Actually, Martabak's real name is Hok Lo Pan.

Hok Lo Pan or Martabak was created by the Hakka (Khek) Bangka people.

The Hakka are one of the largest Han Chinese groups. The Hakka were the last Han group who migrated from North China. They migrate because of natural disasters, wars, and conflicts.

For Indonesians, Martabak is a legend and has become one of the most familiar food.

The price of Martabak is very cheap, start from IDR 12 thousand.

You can find Martabak everywhere and you can order Martabak with your favorite topping. Martabak has many variants of toppings.
