Lapis Palaro, Typical Food from Maluku

Holiday Ayo - Ternate is a city that stands at the foot of Mount Gamalama, Ternate Island.

Lapis Palaro is one of the rare types of food that can only be found in the Maluku area. At first glance, the name looks like a cake, but it is not. This food uses beef as the main ingredient and is mixed with spices that are widely available in the plains of Maluku.
This typical Maluku dish uses beef in the hash section so that the delicious sensation is extraordinary. Not only soft when bitten, this dish also has a strong spice aroma that makes it even more appetizing.
To cook lapis palaro is quite easy, you only need to boil the sliced meat with a fine seasoning consisting of shallots, garlic, red chilies, and spices.
