Dubibir Beach, the Hidden Beauty in a Fishermen Village

Dubibir Beach is known for its calm water and quiet atmosphere. When you arrive at this beach, you will smell fish because this beach is located in a fisherman's village and there are many houses of fishermen's families that dry their fish under the sun.



You can buy fish directly from the fishermen at Dubibir Beach. The fish are quite low-priced too. During the afternoon, you can see many fishermen's boats in the waters, which have a charm of their own.

There is a mangrove forest that surrounds the area of Dubibir Beach. To explore the whole area, there is a long wooden path that you can use. Here, you can see the swamps that are used to breed shrimps. But you have to be careful because some parts of the path and bridge do not have fences yet.



There are many beautiful photo spots, both in Dubibir Beach and the mangrove forest. If you want to get on a boat, you have to ask the fishermen. The fee is around IDR 30,000. Because it is located in a fishing village, the atmosphere is very calm and peaceful, far from the noises of the cities. The beach is also a nice place to watch the sunset. Visitors are also permitted to camp here.

The entrance ticket to Dubibir Beach is priced at IDR 10,000 for adults and IDR 5000 for children. There are several facilities there, like gazebos, toilets, and mushalla.

If you are hungry, there are food shops that serve various delicious fish dishes at affordable prices. The operational hour is 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time.
