Tips for Those of You Who are Traveling to Japan for the First Time

1. Complete the Document

Traveling to Japan requires a passport and a visa. Passport must be valid for at least 6 months before expiry. You must have a single entry or multiple entry visa to get to Japan.

E-passport holders can register with the Japanese Embassy in Indonesia to obtain a visa waiver. Check the completeness of the documents before leaving. Don't forget to always carry identification such as passports and visas when traveling in Japan.

2. Flight Tickets and Lodging

You should have booked a return flight ticket to Japan since you were still in Indonesia. Likewise with lodging while in Sakura Country, it should be ordered before leaving.

You need to determine how long your vacation in Japan is. Ordering airline tickets in advance is possible to get cheaper prices. Print all flight and hotel booking codes on paper, so that if something happens, you still save the data.

3. Detailed Itinerary

Before traveling to Japan, you need to make an itinerary. Take note of the tourist destinations that you will visit in Japan, then what transportation will be boarded while there, including the location of the bus stop or station.

Find out the entrance fees for tourist attractions and transportation. Choose lodging that is strategically located with your tourist destinations and the price fits in your pocket.

Don't forget to bring a minimum of 10 thousand yen in cash, because this is a rule for tourists in Japan. But, you can split the cash into several storage places, the goal is for unwanted things to happen such as loss, so not all your cash is lost.
