TikTok Letters to Merchants to Sell Again Starting Today

Holiday Ayo - TikTok has officially reopened its trading service, namely the TikTok Shop, after officially closing in early October 2023.
TikTok has officially returned to Indonesia by collaborating with PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk. TikTok Shop management also wrote to traders to return to selling.
Based on the announcement addressed to traders, it is stated that starting Monday, December 11 2023 at 09.00 WIB, traders can
access and manage products in the Seller Center.
“Dear Seller, today you are pleased to announce a strategic partnership between TikTok and GoTo in order to encourage the growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia as a whole. Starting Monday, December 11 2023 at 09.00 WIB, sellers can access and manage products in the Seller Center," reads the notification as reported by detik.com, Monday (11/12).
TikTok Shop explained that traders can prepare to reopen by turning off holiday mode in their stores. Because, during the inactive period, TikTok activates holiday mode automatically.
Additionally, don't forget to review and update inventory and product offerings in seller central. Then traders are asked to connect products to Short Videos and Live sessions.
“All seller accounts will automatically switch to holiday mode, allowing limited use of your seller account. To continue selling on the app platform, simply deactivate your holiday mode," explained the announcement.
Customers can purchase products via the Shop Tab, Short Videos and Live sessions on the TikTok Application, on Tuesday, December 12 2023. Customers do not need to install another application or create a new account to access the platform.
