The Uniqueness of Rishiri and Yufu Mountain Shaped Chocolate in Japan

Holiday Ayo - Chocolate in this world has many unique shapes. One of them is from a chocolate shop called Yamagashi in Japan that offers a beautiful mountain shape.
Many chocolate shops offer creations from cute and adorable shapes to cool looks. There are even some chocolate artists who offer chocolate in large sizes with cool shapes, even resembling an object.
As cited from Sora News, there are chocolate shops in Japan that also offer unique shapes. The shop is called Yamagashi which is located in the Shinjuku district. The shape is very unique because it resembles some mountains in Japan. The appearance is also made exactly the same, even down to the color display.
There are 5 chocolates on offer with different mountain shapes. The mountains are indeed in Japan and are scattered in several areas. Among them are Mount Rishiri, Ontake Sakurajima, Yufu, Omuro, and Nishiyama. The five mountain-shaped chocolates are also served in different flavors.
For Mount Rishiri-shaped chocolate, the flavor offered is rum raisin. Then, for the one in the form of Mount Ontake Sakurajitma, passion fruit flavor.
The Yufu-shaped chocolate has a black tea flavor, the Omuro form has a matcha flavor, and the Nishiyama has a lemon flavor. A package of 5 chocolates is priced at 2,800 yen (IDR 295 thousand).
Meanwhile, for a large Mount Rishiri-shaped chocolate, the price is 2,300 yen (IDR 242 thousand). It looks very beautiful with the white color on the top giving the impression like snow.
This Mount Rishiri-shaped chocolate contains rum raisin ganache seasoned with sea salt from the Sea of Okhotsk. Added chocolate and sweet red bean brownie cake.
Near the peak there are some candied chestnuts and there is also a bit of powdered kombu (seaweed) sourced from the waters around Mount Rishiri actually, mixed in for a richer flavour. This mixture turned out to be quite tasty.
