Holiday Ayo - KAI Commuter will add Commuter Line (KRL) trips at the Manggarai Transit Station during peak hours in the morning to evening. 

Starting June 1, 2023, KAI Commuter will operate as many as 420 Bogor Commuter Line trips with 41 circuits that will serve users on that route. This was conveyed by VP Corporate Secretary KAI Commuter Anne Purba. 

“In implementing Gapeka 2023 as of June 1, KAI Commuter will continue to make service improvements to Jabodetabek Commuter Line transportation users," he said as quoted from money.kompas.com. 

Meanwhile, for trips on the Depok-Manggarai/Jakarta Kota route during the morning rush hour starting at 04.00-08.00 WIB, 2 trips will be added to a total of 50 trips with a headway of 5 minutes. 

As for trips on the Jakarta Kota-Nambo/Bogor route during the afternoon rush hour starting at 15.00-20.00 WIB, 1 trip will be added to 52 trips with an average headway of 5 minutes. 

To anticipate passengers transiting at Manggarai Station towards Sudirman/Tanah Abang/Duri during the morning rush hour, KCI added 13 trips on the Manggarai-Kampung Bandan route to 33 trips. 

As for services for users transiting at Manggarai Station from the direction of Duri/Tanah Abang/Sudirman during the afternoon rush hour, KCI added 17 trips to 40 trips on the Kampung Bandan-Manggarai route. 

He revealed, as an alternative choice during morning and evening rush hours, Commuter Line passengers around the Tangerang area who are going to or from the central office area in the Sudirman area and its surroundings can use the Basoetta Commuter Line travel service, which was previously named the Soekarno Hatta Airport Train. 

“Users can get on or off at transit stations such as Manggarai Station, BNI City Station, Duri Station and Batu Ceper Station," he said.

In the implementation of Gapeka 2023, it will also accommodate the progress of the Manggrai Station development by the DJKA Ministry of Transportation together with KCI and KAI Daop 1 Jakarta.
