Following the viral sensation of “Tepuk Sakinah” from the Ministry of Religious Affairs, the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) under the Ministry of Finance has now joined the trend with a social media video titled “Tepuk Coretax.”

The video, uploaded by KPP Pratama Ende in East Nusa Tenggara, features three tax officers performing a rhythmic chant and clap routine encouraging citizens to activate their Coretax accounts, the DJP’s latest tax administration system.

With its tone and style resembling “Tepuk Sakinah”, netizens quickly dubbed it “Tepuk Coretax.” Even the official @ditjenpajakri account joined the fun, commenting humorously, “Just contributing some content here.”

The catchy lyrics urge taxpayers to activate their accounts right away instead of waiting until next year:
